All species ROHP Introductory Training Animal Exposure Questionnaire (AEQ; annual renewal)
Tetanus surveillance (10 year renewal)
These are the minimum requirements for all ROHP participants and the only ROHP requirements who work with rodents and rabbits.
Amphibians Aquatic pathogens;
Salmonella. 
No additional requirements
Bats Rabies Rabies surveillance 
(immunization series or titer; titer required two years after series and renewed every two years)
No declinations accepted for rabies surveillance.
Birds, Chickens, Turkeys Psittacosis;
Salmonella.
No additional requirements
Cats Cat Scratch disease;
Parasitic diseases;
Rabies;
Ringworm;
Toxoplasmosis.
Rabies surveillance 
(immunization series or titer; titer required two years after series and renewed every two years)
Toxoplasmosis testing

The TB screening requirement has recently been updated from testing every six months to testing annually.

Measles titer requirement added in 2020 for all employees who enter non-human primate rooms. A titer indicating measles immunity is required.
